Located on the first floor, this north facing one bedroom apartment at the front of the building has lovely views overlooking the park and the Brunswick River.  It has been tastefully redecorated in a modern and relaxed style.  It offers a Queen size bed, air conditioning, cooking facilities, dishwasher, all linen and towels, beach towels, washer/dryer, stereo, flat screen TV and everything you will need for your getaway.  It sleeps a maximum of 2 persons.  Guests are advised that only the two bedroom apartments within the complex have a balcony.
